Paid Posting Fees

Some types or categories of postings may have an associated fee. 

Fees vary depending on geographic location.

Please go to Hopezoid Account and click on “Add New Lisinting”. Choose the type and category of your posting. The fee for the posting will be stated on the type or category page.

Payment information is requested at the end of the posting process.

A preview of your posting is displayed before you enter payment information. Please review it before paying.

You can only pay for a posting via our website or mobile app at the time that the posting is created.

Publishing your posting is a one time charge. Hopezoid does not have any subscription fees, or additional charges.

Creating a Hopezoid posting

1. Click on “Add New Listing” Button at the upper right.

2. Select a type for your posting.

4. Select a category for your posting.

5. Select a Sub Category for your posting.

6. Enter the text of your posting. Required fields are highlighted in green. 

7. You may add images to your posting. Recommended image size to (924, 462)px. Image maximum size 2 MB. Allowed image type (png, jpg, jpeg). You can upload up to 5 images.

8. Review the unpublished draft of your posting. Make sure it looks exactly how you want it to. 

9. Put a Check at  “I have read and agree to the website terms and conditions.“.

10. You may need to check your email for a link to complete your posting. Emails come from [email protected].

11. Click on the Submit button.

11. If you received a confirmation email, you must click the confirmation link in the email. If you are unable to click on the link, try copying and pasting it into your web browser.

12. You may also need to verify your phone number to finalize your posting.

Your posting should appear on Hopezoid about 15 minutes after confirmation.

American Express, MasterCard, and Visa credit cards are accepted.

Please be prepared to provide the following:

• Invoice number.
• Credit card number.
• Credit card expiration date.
• Credit card billing address.

Paid Posting Accounts

Hopezoid does not require you to create an account in order to make a posting.

High volume posters may benefit from block purchases and paid posting accounts. Applications are reviewed and approved on a case-by-case basis.

Auto-reposting paid listings

The auto-repost option will allow you to automatically create a duplicate copy of a paid posting when it expires.

• The auto-reposted copy will have the lifespan of a new post and will be placed at the top of the list for users who sort by “newest.”
• The fee is the same as submitting a new post and will be charged to your current default payment card or deducted from your pre-purchased block balance.
• The new ad will have the same information as was on the expiring ad. You can edit a currently active ad before it expires to update your auto-repost or edit the new ad after it is created.
• To cancel an auto-repost, you must log in and disable the auto-repost option before the ad expires. 

Requirements:

• You must have saved payment cards on your account.  (This is true even if you have a paid posting account with other active forms of payment.)
• Auto-repost is not available to paid posting accounts that require purchase order numbers.

What if my auto-repost cannot be completed?

• Credit card issues and other posting process notifications will be emailed to you and you will be given an option to complete the posting manually.
